Terms of Sales
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The general conditions of sale (“CGV”) detailed below apply to all orders placed via the site www.kouchoulou.ch.
The customer must read the T&Cs before placing any order, the T&Cs being available on the site.
Kouchoulou reserves the right to adapt or modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of the General Terms and Conditions applicable to any sale being that appearing online on the site www.kouchoulou.ch at the time of the order.
2. SERVICES
The items offered for sale are those described on the site on the day of consultation by the customer. These indications are automatically updated in real time. However, an error in the update, whatever the origin, does not engage the responsibility of Kouchoulou. As such, Kouchoulou cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of an order for an item due to exhaustion of stocks.
Taking an order on the site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by Kouchoulou comprising successive stages leading to validation of the order.
The customer can select as many products as they wish which will be added to the basket. The basket summarizes the products chosen by the customer as well as the prices and related costs. The customer can freely modify the basket before confirming their order. Validation of the order constitutes confirmation of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, the products purchased, their price as well as the associated costs.
A confirmation email summarizing the order (product(s), price, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by Kouchoulou.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Product prices are indicated on the site in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding shipping costs and possible customs fees. For shipments to Europe and the rest of the world, any customs fees and other taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier.
Kouchoulou is not subject to VAT and reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the products being however invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration and payment of the order, subject to availability.
Payment for purchases is made via the secure Wixpayments platform.
The customer expressly acknowledges that communicating his bank card number to Kouchoulou constitutes authorization to debit his account up to the price of the products ordered. If applicable, a notification of order cancellation for non-payment is sent to the customer by Kouchoulou to the email address provided by the customer when registering on the site.
The data recorded and kept by Kouchoulou constitutes proof of the order and all past sales. The data recorded by Wix payments constitutes proof of any financial transaction between the client and Kouchoulou.
4. DELIVERIES

In the event of loss by the Post Office, Kouchoulou cannot be held responsible and does not guarantee full reimbursement of the order.
Under certain conditions, a supplement for transport may be requested. In this case, the customer is informed by email of the amount of the additional delivery costs and then has the possibility of modifying or canceling his order.
5. COMPLETION AND SHIPPING TIMES
Thematic box orders are generally completed and sent within 2 working days. Then add the usual shipping times of the Post Office:

In the event of a stock shortage, Kouchoulou informs the customer who then has the option of canceling or modifying their order. If the customer maintains the order, Kouchoulou strives to deliver the items ordered within a reasonable time of 1 to 3 weeks.
In order for these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address.
The production and sending of Kongémat subscription orders is done as follows:
- Birth box produced within two working days. Then add the usual shipping times of the Post Office:

Europe priority shipping: 3-7 working days
- Box 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th months: production and shipping are made within 15 days surrounding the baby's monthly birthday, during the 4 months following the baby's birth, subject to having received the date of birth correct of the baby and that the subscription order date is before each of the baby's monthly birthday dates.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – REFUNDS AND RETURNS
The customer has a right of return of 7 days following the arrival of the thematic box at his home. In the event of dissatisfaction, the customer has the option of returning the complete items (all the items that make up the thematic box) and in perfect condition in their original packaging at their own expense via an insured and traceable return service. The items may be refunded or replaced with a voucher of equivalent value in the form of a promotional code valid on the website www.Kouchoulou.ch . In the event of a return by untracked and lost mail, no refund will be made.
The Kongémat subscription is neither exchangeable nor refundable, unless the boxes are delivered damaged or defective.
